Website is not working after migrating from windows to linux

When your website has been transferred to Linux OS from windows OS then you will need to change your nameservers on the first hand to the following

ns3.hostingshouse.com
ns4.hostingshouse.com

The above nameservers are currently being used by our linux OS. You also get the updated nameservers associated with your hosting in the email you receive at the time of account creation sent from our system. If you are not sure about your nameservers then you may verify it at any time by following the instructions given below.

  1. Go to https://www.hostingshouse.com/domainchecker.php
  2. Enter your domain name in the empty field
  3. Write the security code into the appropriate field and click Lookup button
  4. You'll be taken to the availability lookup page. Now click on "WHOIS" link in front of your domain name
  5. There you'll be able to see your current nameservers

If you don't see the above mentioned nameservers then you'll need an instant change to your nameservers. If Hostings House owns your domain name and you are unsure how to change your nameservers then you can confidently contact Hostings House staff via Telephone, Live Chat or Support Ticketing System. For this you'll need to log in to your client area and submit a ticket to our support department to change your nameservers.

Once your nameservers are updated then it takes 2-24 hours to get resolved.

If your website is still not active after 24 hours then do verify if you have shifted the data successfully from your windows control panel (HELM) to linux control panel (cPanel). If not then you can do this by downloading your data from Helm file manager (wwwroot folder) and uploading to cPanel File Manager in "public_html" folder.
